RSG-UTILITY SUPPORT CHANNEL
Support the Picker
Random Steam Game Picker is free to use. If it helped you escape backlog paralysis, you can send a one-time support payment, help sponsor future development, or reach out about scoped custom work.
Support is appreciation-based. Feature sponsorship helps prioritize development, but it does not buy control of the project or guarantee an exact delivery date. Sponsorship and custom work inquiries currently go through GitHub.
One-Time Support
$5 Supporter
A simple thank-you contribution. Supporters may optionally be listed on the contributors page.
Include a display name if you want to be listed on the contributors page. Optional links, project credits, and sponsor graphics will be managed there.

Feature Sponsorship
Sponsorship helps fund my development time and decide what gets worked on next. These are not fixed-price feature purchases unless we explicitly agree on a custom scope. Public roadmap sponsorship is a priority signal, not a delivery contract.
$50
Feature Boost
Adds visible support to a roadmap item and helps prioritize it.$100
Feature Sponsor
Optional sponsor credit for a planned feature.$250
Priority Sponsor
Stronger roadmap signal and optional contributor graphic.$500+
Major Sponsor
Best for larger features, project support, or prominent credit.$1,000+
White-Glove Custom Implementation
For scoped custom development connected to Random Steam Game Picker or its underlying .NET/Steam API tooling, including integrations, guaranteed delivery, private builds, or custom licensing beyond the public MIT project.Premium access note
Some sponsored features may later become premium features. If that happens, sponsors of that feature will receive lifetime access to the sponsored feature, or equivalent lifetime premium access once account support exists.
For group-sponsored features, eligible members of the sponsoring group can receive access to the sponsored premium feature as well. Group eligibility and member limits should be agreed on as part of the sponsorship scope and may require account support or membership verification.
Custom development, guaranteed delivery, integrations, private builds, or separate-license work require a custom scope and generally start at $1,000+ depending on complexity.
Custom Development
I am also open to scoped custom development outside of Random Steam Game Picker. My strongest areas are backend .NET, ASP.NET Core APIs, caching, databases, automation, developer tooling, integration work, and performance-focused debugging or refactoring.
External work is handled separately from public roadmap sponsorship. Availability, scope, timeline, ownership, licensing, and pricing must be agreed on before work begins.
Custom development generally starts at $1,000+ depending on complexity. Smaller advisory, review, or debugging engagements may be considered when the scope is clear.
Discuss Custom WorkSponsor Graphics
Sponsor graphics may appear on the contributors page, not as intrusive ads in the picker flow. Keep them small, clean, and safe for a general audience.
- Recommended size: 600×200px
- Displayed max size: 300×100px
- Preferred formats: PNG, WebP, or SVG
- Max file size: 250 KB
- Transparent or dark-background-friendly graphics work best
